All orders are shipped with Canada Post.

Orders under $45 CAD are shipped by letter-mail without tracking.

Orders Over $45 CAD are shipped with tracking

Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days (majority of our cutters are made to order)

Estimated Delivery Time: 4-15 Business Days (Can Vary During Busy Postal Seasons)

Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00 CAD.

Alternative shipping can be accomodated upon request ( sales@bakestopshop.ca )

Returns:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All refunds are made once the product is returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@bakestopshop.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
